Shipping & Returns


Items are normally shipped daily - Monday to Friday

Payment verification must be received prior to processing.

Items within Australia will be sent via courier or Australia Post, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your area. For customers living on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland please contact me we may be able to arrange delivery.

Courier packages will be sent as ‘signature required on delivery’ for security.

Tracking numbers will be sent in the confirmation of shipping email.


Insurance is optional. We cannot be held liable for uninsured items lost in the post. We would be more than happy to give a quote for insuring your package.

International customers

Please note that any customs charges or duties incurred at your end are your responsibility.

Wool & Cotton Road items will be mailed via airmail - if you require registered post/insurance or sea mail please notify us and we will let you know the extra cost. You will receive a further email with a PayPal invoice when costs are finalised.

Refunds and Returns

Wool & Cotton Road gives a 100% refund guarantee on its products, if you are unhappy in any way, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of products to organise an exchange or credit.

Exchanges and refunds are given on return of goods in original condition and credited to your nominated account.

Postage charges are non-refundable. Return postage is at the buyers cost.

2. Exposure to pets, smoke (cigarette and wood fire) and other environmental smells and chemicals will render our “organic yarns” no longer organic. 

3. Downloadable patterns

We do our best to display the colours accurately, but as monitors vary we highly recommend that you purchase a sample yarn card.

All measurements and weights stated are approximate and are provided as a courtesy to give you a general idea of dimensions to expect.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
